Handmade products
We produce all our products for a one-time by hand. But when a product is sold, it takes time to reproduce that product. For this reason, we have the note “Available on back-order”
When you place your Pre-Order:
Our team starts to weave and fabricate the product from scratch.
Pre-order type orders take approximately 10 days to produce.
You can track all the processes of production.

The leather; We recommend you to use either water or cleaning products specifically designed for leather.
The palm: You can use water and a pinch of salt and slow it clean it with a tissue
Sometimes with transportation the hat can suffer a bit, but you can help it by using a glass bottle, spray some water on the hat, use the bottle pressing the bottom part on the hat, and then you will remove wrinkles

We deliver to different countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs. Your products are proudly made and shipped from Colombia
Our Online Store ships worldwide with FedEx, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. FedEx does not deliver on holidays.
We produce all our products for a one-time by hand. In order to reduce waste and put our own effort to help the planet, we only create 5 unites of each product. When you click in every product, it would tell you how many are left, For those products In-stock, shipping time will take 3-5 days, after that all the product will say Available on back order, for those it will take 13-15 days
During sales periods, deliveries can take to 2 or 3 business days longer than usual. If you need it, we can offer express shipping
The shipping is free for standard shipping for all continental U.S. for products over $100.
For products under $100 the fee is $5
