We gladly accept returns and exchanges, following these conditions:
– In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason for the return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
– We do not accept order cancelations.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition
Return Policy
We offer a return policy on all unworn and non-personalized items that still have our label on them. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a refund and return, email customerservice@verapalmhandmade.com with pictures of the product and the reason for your request. The product must be in good condition and clean.
We validate that the product has no traces of having been used or abused. Between 3-5 business days, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment -(PayPal), within 24 hours.
Products on sale policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
6 months warranty
Our products have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, as long as the product is used under normal conditions and for the stipulated purpose. This warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing, but does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the product, natural wear and tear, or if you change your mind. For the warranty to be valid, the product must have been purchased through our website and you must provide proof of purchase, to proceed with the warranty, email us at customerservice@verapalmhandmade.com
Exchanges
We do allow exchanges for non-personalized items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, email us at customerservice@verapalmhandmade.com
